Dramska serija Čuvar dvorca redatelja i scenarista Lukasa Nole govori o Hrvatskoj osamdesetih kada se na političkoj sceni događaju promjene koje će krajem desetljeća promijeniti mapu Europe. Jugoslavenska Služba državne bezbjednosti još je jedna od najagilnijih i najučinkovitijih obavještajnih zajednica u Europi. Boris Bišćan, stari kadar te službe, svjedok je promjena koje se u službi događaju - provjerene profesionalce zamjenjuju kriminalci koje SDB angažira za obračun s političkim emigrantima nudeći im zauzvrat zaštitu. Boris se u novom svijetu ne snalazi, a starom je očigledno došao kraj.
Na 69. Pula Film Festivalu, u programu Kratka Pula, Vinko Kraljević dobio je Priznanje za najbolju mušku ulogu u dramskoj seriji.
