Hans is wrapping up a long grouper fishing trip when Nick calls to let him know that the fishery is facing a snapper shortfall, and he'll need to catch 5,000 lbs before he returns to dock. Unfortunately, Hans can't find a spot where the fish are biting, and when he calls his uncle Kenny for advice.
