Ortega abducts Alex, Cooke, and some other people and demands the release of his brother. Walker knows he won't keep his word, but a Fed allows the exchange. But, as Walker predicted, Ortega doesn't release Alex and Cooke. Walker then goes across the border to get them, Trivette, and Gage to go with him.
