Gibbs faces an old adversary who has re-emerged with a plan to assassinate the US president and taken Kate hostage in a bid to ensure success. The FBI manages to foil the attack on the presidential helicopter, Marine One, but the case seems set to end on a downbeat note. Rudolf Martin guest stars, with Mark Harmon and Sasha Alexander.
