Their plan is to transform a listed Edwardian artists studio, along with 5,000 square feet of derelict basement rooms below, into a bespoke, subterranean home, including a supersize kitchen dining area, a new mezzanine sitting room, four en-suite bedrooms, a gym, and cinema.
