Timo is in his late twenties, a former Bundesliga player and has fallen deep. Since he missed a missed penalty in a cup game, he is considered the "shame of Altona". After countless escapades, he finished his professional career. He now earns his money as a bouncer in a bar. Much worse than the professional crash, however, is his family situation: His ex-wife Nicki now lives with Robert, his ex-manager. He only sees their three children, Tom, Luis and Baby Lilly, three days a week. But things could get worse: Nicki claims the children's right to determine their residence and is ready to go to court with Robert. A disaster for Timo, who almost blossoms as a dad. Now he has to prove that he has his life under control and can take responsibility. He receives mental support from his father-buddies Gerd, Mark and Andreas, although the relationship with Gerd is a little strained: The woman Timo fell in love with turns out to be his eldest daughter Lucy.
