1988. The year of Halabja Massacre. The war will finish soon. And there won't be a victor. To convince Iraqi citizens that the victory is close Saddam uses the most powerful weapon - media. In this country ravaged by the war, a 10-year-old Dileer and his sister Zienee can only dream about watching cartoons. But whichever channel they tune to they can see only soldiers.
