Fireman Sam: Danger by the Double

Pontypandy Fire Station is opened to the public and Norman is eager to try things out, crawling under safety tape and getting into the driving seat of a fire engine. However, his inquisitive nature and desire for excitement lead to danger when he climbs onto the roof to get closer to Tom and his helicopter.
