We are connected to the ocean, and if the ocean is not okay, we are not okay. This is the philosophy of free diving record holder Hanli Prinsloo. From a young age, she has been aware of the importance animals and nature have on us, so she has been going underwater to explore her body. Prinsloo is going to take us on a literal breath-taking journey underwater.
