A murder case of Yoo Su Kyung, a former professional archer, occurs and Do Hak Young is pointed as the prime suspect. Hak Young is a friend of Woo Tak, so Woo Tak convinces Hak Young to turn himself in. Jae Chan has to prosecute Hak Young, but there’s not enough evidence to do so.
