The search for Britain's best celebrity chef continues as Jamie Theakston, Anne Charleston, Javine Hylton and Steve Parry are paired into teams and face the public for the first time. Their challenge is to cater for the hungry students at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and with an array of ingredients including beef, chicken, rice, pasta, fruits and vegetables, they must plan, prepare and serve 110 portions for various tastes. How will these novices cope in the heat of a real kitchen?
