Kroz slatkiše stanovnici Išikave tradicionalno iskazuju svoju ljubav prema različitim godišnjim dobima. Japanski slatkiši sadrže određene začine koji se jedva osete ali čine poslastice dovoljno drugačijim i boljim.
Rođen i odrastao u Išikavi, Acuši Takada je vlasnik prodavnice treće generacije. Veština pravljenja japanskih slatkiša ga je naprosto očarala. Svojim prefinjenim umećem on udahnjuje život slatkišima. Poklanjajući pažnju svakom godišnjem dobu, Takada u svojoj prodavnici izlaže najkreativnije poslastičarske aranžmane.
