Tim Lovejoy, Shobu Kapoor, Aggie MacKenzie and Margi Clarke are divided into two teams and challenged to produce 10 identical curry dishes. They are then sent to the London Ambulance Service to prepare more than 100 lunch portions, including vegetarian options and desserts.
