Actually, Caro hasn't been able to for a long time. As a nurse in a dementia ward, she has hardly taken any vacation in the last two years and accumulated countless hours of overtime. But it wasn't until her favorite resident, Ms. Rumi, died that the camel's back was overflowing: instead of going to work the next morning, Caro went to a locker at Frankfurt Central Station, took out a packed, brand-new backpack and just set off - without a goal, without a plan , without a mobile phone and without any outdoor experience.
