Cookery show following Irish chef Catherine Fulvio, who demonstrates how to prepare Italian dishes at her second home in Sicily, where she meets the locals and picks up culinary tips. In the first episode she prepares for a large al fresco dinner party at the family villa in the seaside town of Balestrate, where she makes pizza and traditional tomato sauce.
