In this edition, gardener and expert horticulturalist Monty Don helps create two family friendly spaces. In Doncaster, South Yorkshire, he meets Nikki and John who want to create a garden that is based around edible plants, but the wettest winter for almost 250 years means it is not going to be easy. In east London, Nicola and John dream of creating a model village in their front yard and a seaside-themed garden at the back. But will their lack of plant knowledge work against them?
