SINOPSIS

The final visit of the week is to the Elgin Hotel, Blackpool, where manager Garry Lloyd and his daughter Sophie Seddon want to demonstrate how their 89-room business can still deliver a personal touch. The hosts arrange an afternoon of tap-dancing lessons, ending with a surprise performance at the iconic Grand Theatre, but a breakfast mix-up the following morning puts some of the guests nonplussed.
