SINOPSIS

The heat is on in studio today, Peadar checks out what Heat energy is all about and what makes a good conductor. He is helped in studio by Deirdre Ní Churraoin and Colm Ó Curraoin as they demonstrate conduction, convection & radiation. Peadar also gets the opportunity to visit the Jer point glass workshop where glass objects are made on a daily basis using extreme heat and Úna has the opportunity to visit baby chicks, keeping warm under a UV light.
