SINOPSIS

The B&B owners come together to confront their critics face-to-face. Hosts of Trecarne House in Cornwall Trish and Tom Brock-Morgan raise issues with Magna Carta's Dominic Read on his mark for their hosting, while he has a bone to pick with them over criticism of his five-star floating B&B. Stephen and Joanna of A Room with a View in Brighton receive complaints about their breakfast, and tensions run high as the payments are revealed and the winner is announced.
