SINOPSIS

After being drugged, Sara causes a scandal at work and is then taken to a mental institution where she is diagnosed with overuse of tranquilizing drugs. Karma then informs Sherif of what Safi and Mostafa did to her mother, but ends up arguing with Omar over Khadija.
