SINOPSIS

One of the most difficult disciplines is jumping over one's own shadow. With this wisdom, Bertram Dinkler, a biscuit manufacturer by trade and anything but a sports junkie, believes he can help lazy classmates of his daughter Charlotte on the jumps. However, his old-fashioned know-it-all triggers an unexpected fighting spirit not in the young people, but in the single mother Stefanie Eckhoff. A dispute at the parents' evening ends with an unusual bet: If it's that easy, Stefanie challenges him, Bertram can set a good example. However, it is not enough for the late fifties to get the sports badge - they have to do better than you. During the first training session, the opponents notice that they may have leaned a little too far out of the window. Shot put, long jump, sprint - who would have thought it would be so tough? But there is no turning back for Bertram, because his marketing manager Franziska Stich would like to use his fitness program for a public relations campaign. Stefanie can neither give herself the nakedness of retreating nor of failure. Fortunately, their stubbornness helps both to unleash unimagined energies. For Bertram and Stefanie: fair play is nice when you can afford it.
