Mark Evans sets out to track down the remains of some of history's most famous figures. With eminent scientists applying the latest advances in DNA testing to the samples he obtains, he attempts to solve some of the mysteries that have persisted around them. The results provide some astounding discoveries about these historical figures. In the first episode, Mark Evans discovers that Elvis Presley could have suffered from a genetic heart muscle disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, which may have led to his tragically early death.
