Kad sve krene po zlu, oni su tu da spase stvar! Jureći svemirom, pokušavajući uloviti tri opasna zlikovca, kapetana Raya i njegovu posadu slučajno pogodi njihov laser koji ih smanji na veličinu dječjeg dlana te se svi zajedno strmoglave na Zemlju. Neobični svemirski padobranci slete u dvorište dječaka Joona i djevojčice Mine, a znatiželjni mališani brzo se sprijatelje s Rayem te njega i škvadru pozovu da žive u njihovu domu. Dok zlikovci i dalje lutaju gradom, kapetan Ray i njegova hrabra posada učinit će sve da zaštite susjedstvo i svoje nove male prijatelje.
Animirana serija 'Whee Wheels' na šaljiv i razumljiv način djeci približava temu sigurnosti, uči ih kako da budu što oprezniji u svome domu, prometu i izazovnim situacijama te kako da pomognu drugima u nevolji.
