SINOPSIS

Filmed in 1986 in the Greek village of Beloiannisz, near Budapest, the film documents the lives of its inhabitants Greek political refugees, former members of the Democratic Army of Greece, who settled there in 1950.At the time the film was made, the approximately 1,800 residents and their children were returning to Greece in groups, after 35 years of exile as a consequence of the Greek civil war.With them comes the coffin of an old comrade happy homecoming, comrade.A poetic film about the decline of a symbolic village and at the same time the end of a certain historical era.
