Liam, a single father, has a hard time dealing with his 6-year-old son’s, Oliver’s, idealized view of his job. Oliver loves everything that has to do with cops and heroes and therefore believes that Liam is a police officer punishing villains. However, hero status might be stretching the truth when in fact you are a parking attendant where threats from disgruntled drivers are a part of your everyday life. Liam therefore circumvents the truth and tries to avoid conversation when Oliver asks him if he can tag along with him on the job someday. Influenced by Oliver’s ideology, Liam instead tries to use his job to do something heroic, but the whole situation takes an unexpected turn.
