SYNOPSIS

A stunning redevelopment of a large house in Penge in London and smart renovations of two terraces in Silverdale in Staffordshire and Gunhill in Coventry are carried out after the properties are sold at auction. Each takes the developer longer than first planned, and one owner likes the end result so much he decides to move in.
