SYNOPSIS

Martin, Dion and Martel follow progress on three auction developments in Clapham in London, Maidstone in Kent and Whitehaven in Cumbria. The projects vary from a huge Georgian house, to a terraced home and a split level flat. One takes just six weeks to sort while at the other end of the scale the development is in its eighth year.
