SYNOPSIS

Demián zamoli Leonarda da napravi Lucíjin kip. Leonardo ga odbija, ali Carmen ga ipak nagovori da to učini. Leonardo dolazi Demiánu i prihvaća narudžbu. Demián ga zamoli da s Lucíjom prošeće vrtom. Tijekom šetnje Lucía mu govori o svom nesretnom braku i rasplače se. On je poljubi. Alonso ih vidi i šokiran pobjegne. Ona trči za njime. Rogelio potajno odlazi Manuelu i udari ga u glavu kada mu Manuel otvori vrata. Manuel se suprotstavi Demiánu i kaže mu da mu nikad neće prodati zemljište. Rogelio zapali Manuelovu kuću. Leonardo i Mariela pomažu Manuelu, ali on umire. Marielu to veoma uzdrma.
