SYNOPSIS

A three bedroom semi in West Bromwich, a flat in Stoneycroft in Liverpool and a Grade Two Star listed building in Whitehaven in Cumbria are sold under the hammer. Martin, Dion and Martel follow progress on all three developments and discover whether or not any of the developers manage to make a profit.
