Under the watchful eyes of Baroness Karren Brady and Claude Littner, the candidates are sent 6,000 miles from home, to the city of Cape Town in South Africa. Voted the best city in the world to visit, the candidates will have the opportunity to capitalise on the booming tourism market as they are tasked with setting up and running their own safari and vineyard tours.
