SYNOPSIS

Esmina is in court to claim 5,000 pounds for a refund and the costs incurred to rectify a repair job carried out on her roof, which she says was substandard. Defendant Billy denies his work was substandard and is bringing a counterclaim of 1,400 pounds for the outstanding amount owed for the work. Rob is in court to claim 1,000 pounds owed on a loan he made to his friend.
