SYNOPSIS

South west England is one of Britain's premier farming areas, and at its heart is Exeter Livestock Market, the biggest agricultural auction in the west country. On a busy day, they can sell nearly 4000 animals here, from cattle to pigs, sheep to calves, and turn over as much as £700,000. For sheer scale, one animal outstrips them all: sheep.
