SYNOPSIS

Koliko je chefova imalo priliku kuhati u pravoj starorimskoj areni? Jedan od rijetkih je Dhruv, koji u pulskoj Areni pripremi sjajnu deliciju od najfinijeg odreska istarskog boškarina. Sve u Puli podsjeća na slavnu rimsku prošlost, pa tako i brojna jela toga doba koja nude pulski restorani. U Vodnjanu Dhruv prolazi malu školu pripreme domaće tjestenine, a istarski pršut i kažuni inspiriraju ga za pripremu osvježavajuće salate.
