SYNOPSIS

Demoted to uniformed psych ward guard, James stands up against to abusive coward director to assure violence against patients, whose brains seem literally fried, get properly examined. A soon as he has identified suspects among inmates and staff, he call Harvey and ventures into the basement torture layer, but a devilish fiend outsmarts them.
