SYNOPSIS

Two FBI agents try to seize control of the team's investigation into the discovery of a perfectly preserved body hidden in a chimney at a marine base. Reluctant to be ousted from the case, Gibbs agrees to work with them - and learns the victim was a serial killer responsible for the deaths of 14 people. Meanwhile, McGee's literary efforts lead to discord with the others.
