SYNOPSIS

Duhan je herba fiscalis, tj. fiskalizirana biljka. Europski su, naime, vlastodršci još prije nekoliko stoljeća shvatili da je duhan pametnije oporezivati nego li ga zabranjivati. Međutim, sve što se oporezuje odmah postaje i predmetom utaje ili šverca, pa se to dogodilo i s duhanom. I to je tema kojom će se u ovoj epizodi baviti etnoforenzičari, agenti Lošo i Bedi. Na putu istrage susret će se s legalnim proizvođačima duhana i njihovim problemima, s policijom, koja nastoji suzbiti crno duhansko tržište u Hrvatskoj, te s pravim, originalnim hercegovačkim švercerima!
