SYNOPSIS

In the first of five programmes from Liverpool, pensioner Terry White must add to his culinary repertoire when he learns one of his guests is a strict vegan. His scallops have to be extra-special to please fishmonger Dan Redfern - but it is his dessert that leaves the diners lost for words.
