SYNOPSIS

A landlord who tried to evict a tenant for withholding rent payments on a property whose boiler mysteriously stopped working whenever the rent was due, and a tenant with asthma who has been forced to sleep on his sofa for two years in a damp flat. Plus, a landlord owed Â£7,000 in rent discovers her nightmare is not over when she evicts the tenant and gains access to her property.
