SYNOPSIS
The actress takes to the water for a kayaking lesson and catches up with old friends Jemma and Simon at their cliff-top cafe near Portscatho. Elsewhere, glamour and goodwill are the order of the day at the Fowey carnival, and local artist Glyn Macey's summer of studies culminates in a painting of Porthcurno beach.
