SYNOPSIS

Grčki kolonisti koji su u 4. stoljeću prije Krista s egejskog otoka Parosa stigli na Hvar, osnovali su, na mjestu starijeg ilirskog naselja, svoj grad koji premda više puta rušen i ponovno građen i dalje živi. Već i imena - Pharos, Pharia, Hvar i napokon Stari Grad govore da je na istom mjestu raslo i propadalo više naselja. Pod kamenim pločnicima, u temeljima kuća, zauvijek su zatrpani ostaci grčkih, rimskih i srednjovjekovnih zdanja...
