SYNOPSIS

Na ušću rijeke Cetine, u srcu Dalmacije, smjestio se grad Omiš. Opkoljen strmim liticama, rijekom Cetinom i morem, Omiš ima burnu i zanimljivu povijest još od antičkih vremena. Ovim slikovitim mediteranskim gradićem više od dva stoljeća, od 1221. do 1444. godine, vladali su omiški gusari. Iznimnu ljepotu predstavljaju srednjovjekovne neosvojive tvrđave omiških gusara, od kojih se ističe tvrđava Fortica, kao zorni prikaz bogate povijesti gusarstva.
