Antiques Roadshow: Chenies Manor 1

SYNOPSIS

Fiona Bruce and the team visit Chenies Manor near Amersham in Buckinghamshire, where members of the public bring along treasured antiques and collectibles to hear their stories and discover their worth. Items include a chair designed by a family better known for luxury cars, a painting by one of Britain's first modern artists and a helmet brought in by a collector of Star Wars memorabilia. Specialist Freya Yuan also translates a poem engraved on a bamboo pot, and there's a debate on antique ivory with Will Travers of the Born Free Foundation and Marjorie Trusted of the V&A Museum.
