SEASON: 37
SYNOPSIS
Fiona Bruce and the team visit the Roundhouse, Derby, a vast former railway shed where dozens of trains were once serviced. Items brought in the public include a pair of Clarice Cliff bookends won in a darts tournament, a silver christening cup with a surprising history and a picture by a renowned British artist, painted on a fragment of a pillowcase in a PoW camp. The Uncovered feature sees the return of a silver claret jug awarded to Hallam football club in 1867, with recent research prompting specialist Alastair Dickenson to rethink its value.
