The Restaurant Man

SYNOPSIS

Businessman and restaurateur Russell Norman comes to the aid of sisters Alex and Kate, who are opening a cafe in the Warwickshire village of Dunchurch despite having no professional catering experience. He advises them on how to maximise the takings from their limited daytime menu and encourages them to think much bigger. For inspiration, he takes the siblings to Paris and an upmarket London hotel to show them a range of profitable dishes, as well as how to deliver the type of personalised service that has people coming back for more.
