SYNOPSIS

Restaurateur Russell Norman gives people the benefit of his experience during the crucial few months before and after they open their establishments for business. In the first edition, he helps Rich and Matt with their concept for an edgy burger bar in Southampton, which is plagued by problems with the food, the service and the layout of the restaurant.
