SYNOPSIS

A woman is murdered while taking the guise of an FBI agent during a role-playing game, and her fellow participant, the son of a hedge fund billionaire, is kidnapped and held to ransom. His father explains the pair were estranged and he refuses to pay the abductors, and a bungled sting coupled with a lack of information about those responsible means Mac must turn to the forensic evidence to bring the man back alive.
