Property Wars

SYNOPSIS

‘Property Wars' follows aggressive buyers in the desert heat of Phoenix, Arizona, as they compete to snatch up the most profitable houses recently put up for auction by the county courts. As their bidders stand by at the courthouse, buyers are given only minutes to investigate a house before the bidding starts. They're not allowed to view the interior until after it's bought, so they must rely on a combination of gut instinct and experience to figure out if each house is worth their investment. But the properties themselves aren't the only factors in this high stakes bidding match; as rivalries get personal between bidders in attempt to get the homes. Once a bid is accepted, the fun really starts as the new owners enter the property for the first time and prepare themselves for a multitude of possibilities: could the house be a vintage gem, require a huge amount of repair-work or be infested with various vermin?
