Ben's attempt to pay money into his bank is thwarted when someone else tries to make a withdrawal - with the aid of sawn-off shotguns. Things look bleak for the hostages when he decides to act as a negotiator. Robert Lindsay stars, with a guest appearance by Pauline Quirke.
