SYNOPSIS

A maisonette in London, a flat in Shirley in the West Midlands and a triangular piece of land in Blean near Canterbury are all sold under the hammer. All the projects take longer than planned and involve creating extra bathrooms and bedrooms as well as a long held dream of building an eco house.
