SYNOPSIS

A first-time property investor takes on a garden-level flat in London's Crystal Palace, Dion meets a lorry driver who is renovating a mid-terrace house in Stoke-on Trent, and in Strood in Kent, a navy reservist transforms a three-storey townhouse into a stylish holiday let. All three properties were sold at auction, and all threw up a few trials and tribulations for their new owners.
